Nuclei Group, LLC or any of its related or affiliated, or subsidiary companies cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringement for images uploaded to www.flattenme.com (the "Website"), that do not belong to the user or are not considered public domain. It is the user's sole responsibility to make sure that they have consent to use any image they upload, including photographs of someone else. Furthermore, it is the user's sole responsibility to make sure that the images uploaded are not obscene or defamatory.

Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, currency and compliance of its own material and will be solely liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, or material which infringes the copyright of a third party or any analogous right or other actionable material contained or referred to therein and agrees to indemnify Nuclei Group, LLC, their successors and assigns each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (Nuclei Group, LLC) from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from its use of and from any material posted on this Website.

Nuclei Group, LLC have also included images on the Website that are available only as a sample and not for any other purpose.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not Nuclei Group, LLC, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. We will delete any child´s photograph you have uploaded to Nuclei Group, LLC upon request via email to removephoto@flattenme.com

You acknowledge that Nuclei Group, LLC prohibits any Content or any other material that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, right to privacy, right to publicity, or any other applicable law or proprietary right to be uploaded to the Site.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user warrants that they are aware that many images on the internet (particularly those of celebrities for example) may be protected by copyright laws. By uploading content, the user warrants that they own all proprietary rights, including copyright, in and to the Content. In addition, to the extent that the Content contains images of people or persons, they represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from all required parties.

The user agrees that neither Nuclei Group, LLC nor any of its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use any Content.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the flattenme.com service for any reason, without notice at any time. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Nuclei Group, LLC does not and cannot review all communications or Content uploaded to the Site and is not responsible for the content of such communications or content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nuclei Group, LLC reserves the right to delete, move or edit any communication or Content that it may determine, in its sole discretion, violates or may violate this Agreement or is otherwise unacceptable. The user shall remain solely responsible for all communications made or Content uploaded under their name. Given the terms and conditions applicable to this site, we do not accept users who are under the age of 18. This site is not intended for children, but for adults interested in purchasing personalized books for children.
